The location was comfortable for visiting restaurants and bars walking distance to the hotel. The room with good beds.

The hotel has good basic and a decent size rooms complete with bathrooms, a kitchen, nice seating areas for dining. The location of the venue in New Plymouth is marvellous and lovely, close enough to the centre of town, ideal location, and 

I enjoyed the room with fireplace, the bed was good. The venue was in a very central location right by town centre, Len Lye gallery and shops and other aspects of New Plymouth and various hikes.

Our room with all facilities was good basic and beautifully decorated. The bonus was beautiful room decor and cozy bar.

The room I stayed in was good-sized and good basic with heater, extra blankets plus bathrooms. As for me, the location was great and lovely, just off handy to town shops. The staff members were superbly friendly 

The hotel was stunningly beautiful and little, great value, perfect fit for our needs. Also, location was great and stunning, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a contemporary art museum.

Great value, free accommodation for my granddaughter, friendly permanent lodger, convenient location, comfortable top bunk.

The setting was ideal, near the beautiful Pukekura park for a morning walk / Run, and big supermarket and food places. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable.

Quaint and absolutely great place to stay with excellent internet. Excellent and amicable staff with good manners. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Nice comfy base for exploring New Plymouth: ) 

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with clean rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen facilities. The hotel also had spacious and vibrant common areas. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. 

Fantastic, amazing location just off the living areas and kitchen, the centre of town, ideal location, and restaurants and supermarkets.

Location: the hotel was just off New Zealand, supermarket and shops and other aspects of New Plymouth excellent. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like State Pasta that was only 5 minutes' walk away. 

This hotel is a great choice for exploring the area. Its location near all the supermarkets and within walking distance to Pukekura Park is very convenient. The staff was welcoming and the rooms were comfortable with good
